There is no better time than now,
to begin your journey to better health!
My Approach
As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I take pride in acknowledging that no two people are the same. This means that each person’s body needs support in different ways. Whether you are experiencing digestive issues, decreased energy, chronic inflammation, or would just like to better your overall health, we will focus on supporting your body in a way that works best for you and your specific goals.
A Little About Me…
Hey there! My name is Caitlyn and I am a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP). I am from southeast Minnesota and now live in the Twin Cities with my boyfriend and our two dogs, Lake and Trout. I have a love for just about every outdoor activity and spending time with my fur family. I have a passion for holistic nutrition that came from experiencing my own health struggles as I was dealing with chronic fatigue, horrible PMS, and digestive issues. I found myself feeling hopeless and depressed as my symptoms made fun events with friends and family hard to enjoy. After meeting with an NTP that is very close to me (my grandma), I was able to get the support my body needed, from there I decided to take classes through the Nutritional Therapy Association to become an NTP myself! I know how it feels to not have the answers and support you need, and I cannot wait to be that support on your journey towards getting to the root cause of your symptoms and concerns and guide your body towards optimal health.

This is a test you perform at home that gets sent to a lab to show us what foods could be playing a part in the contribution of inflammation in your body. We will discuss the results together and allow it to be a helpful roadmap in finding a plan that better supports your body.
This test is not intended to diagnose or treat illness.
